What do I get for that?

What if I want changes after I pay?
Every purchase includes up to 3 free regenerations, so you can adjust your answers and get a new draft without paying again.
How long can I access my speech or letter?
You get a private retrieval link by email that stays valid for 14 days after purchase. After that, the content is automatically deleted.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available in line with our Refund Policy.
What happens to my personal information?
Your answers are used only to create your draft, stored securely for as long as needed to deliver and support your order, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on data and deletion.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Checkout is guest-only — all you need is a valid email address to receive your retrieval link.
How is my speech or letter delivered?
Straight after payment you can download your drafts on the page, and we also email you a private retrieval link so you can come back to them later.
What does the AI do — and what does it not do?
It arranges and shapes the words, memories and details you provide into a well-structured speech or letter. It never invents biographical details, relationships, events or quotes — if more detail would help, it will suggest where you could add your own.
