Our product is built around one simple, strict principle:

We arrange and shape your own words and memories into a finished speech or letter. We never invent biographical details, relationships, events, or quotes.

You answer a short set of guided questions about the person and the occasion, and the only material used to write your speech or letter is what you tell us. If more detail would strengthen it, we will suggest where you might add your own — we will never fill the gap ourselves.

This matters most at exactly the moments this service is built for — weddings, funerals, retirements, and other milestones — where the words need to be genuinely yours.
